Kiosk Ticketing Software

Kiosk Ticketing will enable cloud-based web software interface to all kiosks that sell bus tickets. This enables operators issue tickets real time, as well as advance bookings. They will also be able to manage all bookings and view daily report for effective management.

Ticket Booking
A kiosk operator can login and issue both real-time as well as future bookings (reservations) for all the buses and routes of the agency. Printed tickets can also be issued through the kiosk.
Ticket Management
The kiosk operator will be able to view and manage all bookings, cancel booked tickets (following the appropriate cancellation policies) and process refunds. They can also generate reports on ticket sales on a daily, weekly, monthly, and route-wise basis to help track ticket and revenue performance.

The dashboard is a super cool tool that lets you see all the details about tickets for different routes, days, trips, and modes. It's like a one-stop shop for all your ticketing information needs. And the best part? Different users have different levels of access, so the person with the highest level can see everything on the dashboard and get all the reports they want with just a few clicks. How awesome is that?

Ticket Lists
The dashboard will display reports on tickets sold. User can view all tickets sold on a particular date, route or trip.
Reports
The dashboard has reports on fare collected for tickets sold. The user can access and view the total fare collected and more through the dashboard. The reports can be filtered on different basis like date, depot, routes, and trips. The reports can also be downloaded in multiple formats like CSV (Excel) or PDF.
The dashboard keep all past data safe for later review. You can go back and view or download past data of tickets or fare in xlsx, csv, pdf formats.
Multiple Login
Multiple users can login to the dashboard, if needed. There will be different levels of access according to hierarchy.
Mobile Friendly
The dashboard can easily be accessed through a mobile device as well.
